RETURNS:

No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Customer must call for a Return Authorization Number.

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED FREIGHT PREPAID.

NO REFUND ON SHIPPING CHARGES

No Call Tags will be issued

All returns must occur within 30 days of customer receiving order

A 20% restocking fee may apply

 

WARRANTY:

Halo Sports will replace defective merchandise, due to material failure or improper workmanship under normal use, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
